Workout (Stage) Mode

Stages 15 ride screen shows with target power, RPM, speed, and heart rate metrics

Stage mode is the main workout mode, where your ride data is displayed and can be recorded. When Stage mode is active, the current stage number will appear in the message banner. Each stage is essentially a lap, or section, of a workout (stage averages are essentially lap averages). Standard metrics include 3-second averages in the left column and Stage averages in the right column.

To enter Stage mode:

  1. Activate the console by pressing any button.
  2. When you activate the console it will be in Startup mode. If you would like to record your ride data, connect your preferred fitness app to the console via Bluetooth while in Startup mode.
  3. Press the STAGE button or begin pedaling to enter Warm Up mode.
  4. To exit Warm Up mode and enter Stage mode, press the STAGE button. The stage number will appear in the message banner.

To advance to a new stage, press the STAGE button.
