Steps 1-2: Install front & rear stabilizers

Equipment required

• 4 x #1 (M10 x 55 mm)
• 8 x #2 (M10 washer)
• 4 x #3 (M10 nut)
• #10 (Rear stabilizer)
• #11 (Front stabilizer)
• #13 (AC adapter bracket)
• 6 mm hex wrench
• 17 mm open-ended wrench

Step 1: Place the bike onto the rear stabilizer (#10) with the overlapping portion of the step plates facing rearward. Align both bolt holes. Insert two (2) of the M10 x 55 mm bolts (#1), with M10 washers (#2), into the bike base and stabilizer, then thread two (2) M10 nuts (#3) onto the bolts from below, with M10 washers between the nuts and stabilizer. Use a 6 mm hex wrench to tighten the bolts to 20 N⋅m while holding the nuts with a 17 mm box wrench.

Step 2: Place the front stabilizer (#11) below the bike, ensuring that the transport wheels face outward. Separate the AC adapter cover from the AC adapter bracket (#13). Place the AC adapter mounting plate between the front fork legs of the bike, with the mounting plate facing the rear of the bike. Then proceed with the install as completed in step 1.
