For SC2.20 models:
Rotate the adjustment knob to the left (counterclockwise) to loosen, then pull it out and lift the saddle to desired height. Release the knob and ensure the pop pin engages with the seat post, then rotate the knob to the right (clockwise) to lock it in place.
For SC2.18 and older models:
Pull the Fitloc lever outward, then lift the handlebars to desired height. Release the Fitloc back into its neutral position, then lock into place by pushing the Fitloc lever inward.
